Upholstery Cleaning

Upholstery can be cleaned in your home using the Hot Water Extraction Cleaning method. A high quality upholstery tool is used to aid drying time and professional safe chemicals are used to protect the delicate fibres of sofas and chairs.

Rugs

Rug cleaning is usually carried out in your home using the Hot Water Extraction method. All rugs can be cleaned from cheap Polypropylene to expensive Hand knotted wool rugs.

Commercial Office Carpet Cleaning

Commercial office carpet is cleaned using the very best low moisture cleaning system and is dry within minutes.

How long does it take to dry

Drying time depends on many factors, a warm room will dry faster than a cold room, so turn the heating up to 21 degrees or above. Ventilation is also important, if its a dry warm day, then leave the windows open to draw in the dry air. If its a rainy or damp day just leave them open with a small gap.
The type of carpet or upholstery makes a big difference to drying times, Synthetic materials such as Polypropylene or Polyester are fast drying so can be dry to the touch in an hour or two, natural fibres such as cotton or wool are much more absorbent therefore take a lot longer to dry.
Maybe the main factor in the drying time is the amount of soiling to be removed, a heavily soiled carpet or piece of upholstery will take a lot more cleaning, therefore a lot more water.

How Long before i can walk on the carpet

In an ideal world you would stay off the carpet until it is dry as walking on it depresses the fibres and slows down drying times. A wet carpet also gets dirtier easier than a dry carpet, so if you have to walk on the carpet, leave a towel outside the entrance to the room to make sure your feet are clean before entering.
will be used and drying time will be longer.

What do i do before you arrive

All you have to do is give the room a tidy up and lift all the small things off the carpet , like books and toys etc.

Any large items such as sofas can be moved around by the operative.

How long does it take to clean

Obviously it depends on the size of the carpet or upholstery, but based on an average three bed semi, a hall stairs and landing would take around 1.5 hours and a living room would take 1 hour if cleaned separately.
An average three piece suite can take from 2 to 4 hours.

How do i pay?

We take cash, cheques or online bank transfers.
